COVID-19 April 2021 Update: Things have improved for many of our clients worldwide with the spread of COVID-19 apparently slowing down. Vaccinations have made significant inroads. Our dedicated teams at York Controls have been able to ramp up our service response times, with expedited shipment schedules nearly back to normal to meet clients' urgent demand for quality replacement parts and services. Our departments have continued operating at near normal production levels and our delivery and service schedules have not been significantly impacted. In addition to the Waukesha Cherry-burrell M38BP820803TW parts and service support, we are pleased to be able to add several new lines of products and services: Expanded Service and Repair Support for New Product Lines: We now offer support for discontinued Abb products, including obsoleted and phased-out Taktomat parts and systems, as well as the all-new for 2021 Baldor product line-up. Rolling out starting during the month of April and May of 2021 York is pleased to announce the addition of repair services for automation products made by industrial controls leader Abb such as the M2VA63B4 spares. Related to this we have added to our service line-up the IP80E32100009 manufactured by Taktomat and we are pleased to be able to service most Taktomat systems and parts. Due to increased demand we now feature JMM4106TSH by Manufacturer Baldor as well. York Scientific's New & Featured Automation Replacement Parts: Featured for April 2021 York Controls has Browning Brand HWN3262S2W33XMI143T1 in stock, original and quality replacement parts available for immediate shipment. Spare units by Baldor such as L1409T equipment made by Baldor have been added to our featured items. As a tip, you can find the entire Baldor products line-up in our inventory by simply searching for "Baldor" in the search box. Due to increase in client demand we have now also available M112FJ12 made by Slo-Syn-Superior-Electric as well as the popular M15B103138878 original spares produced by Bador Servo Motors, Spindles, and Electric Motors Rewinding and Rebuilding. We have expanded capacity at our service centers to do complete overhauls of industrial electric motors and spindles. Refurbishment processes are held to stringent QA standards to adhere to or exceed manufacturer's specifications. Overhauls include motor bearing replacement, stator rewinding, and rebalancing. Additional overhaul and rebuilding capabilities of products such as the M13021160 by Giddings--Lewis and L1409T spares by Baldor are also now also our York Scientific's line-up of service offerings. This also includes the original LM60003 Spares made by industrial controls and automation manufacturer Lincoln. |
